colton has lived in new york for as long as he could remember, he's always been judged by other people. it didn't matter whether he had the perfect appearance, the money, the talent - he always felt as if he was doing something wrong. as a child, he always came second to his parents because his older sister liked to steal the spotlight. a couple years back, he got tired of it and let who he thought he was supposed to be go. he'd been hiding the fact that he was more attracted to men then woman to his parent's and still is, but doesn't really give a shit if everyone else finds out about his relationship with lucas. he's happy and trying not to push away his closest friends in the process of remaining happy.
colton needs one best friend, preferably a girl who has been there for him through the years and knows most of everything he's gone through and excepts the fact that he's gay. i'm thinking that eventually after awhile, with angie's permission of course, we might be able to plot and love triangle or something where the best friend falls for colton and he ends up kissing her or something. we could see where it went from there, but colton would end up going back to lucas.and hopefully said best friend will still be there for him, but maybe she's a little flustered about liking a gay guy or something and is a little awkward around him after that.
other then that, colton needs average friends, acquaintances, enemies, you name it, even exes (most will be females and will have to have lived in new york for two years at least), he'll most likely have a few girls who have crushes on him or something, because he's charming like that but never returns them. he already kind of has a final and i don't see it changing. =) plot away!
